This is important in view of the reintroduction of an Annual Report by Companies, introduction of FICA (Financial Intelligence Centre Act) compliance and the interaction between SARS (South African Revenue Services) and CIPRO to name some examples.
Statutory Compliance services entails a statutory audit to establish what information is recorded in the database of CIPRO and/or SARS, inspect your documents and recommend changes that have to be done, if any, to reconcile such information with the actual structure of the company and where necessary update outdated information to effect uniformity of information on the two databasis.
